Looks great Glenn, will it play on an ipad ( non flash?) would be a great pool side tool if it does.

Responded Nov 30, 2011 06:08PM

Compatible with iOS. Standard play is HTML5 and player is switchable to flash.

I got the email that we can get 20% discount if we sign up before Dec 5th, but when I try to sign up, I don't see the discount apply to my subscription, do we need to enter some coupon code.
Thanks.

The discount shows up in your receipt.

Hello Glenn,

The new site looks promising . I did subscribe, and I can see the pictures and hear the audio portion but there is now video. I just signed up 10 minutes ago. Not sure how to remedy.

Firefox has issues. Use google chrome or safari, or right click in the player and switch the player from HTML5 to Flash. Thanks.

I just subscribed and when I click on the thumbnail I just get a written lesson, see pictures but no video. I just get to read about the lesson.

I thought subscribing meant I could watch the video. What am I doing wrong? I am on my computer.

Read the post above, but I do think we've solved the issue with Firefox, but that sounds like the issue.

Now seems to work with Firefox 8, Glenn, which i downloaded at home last night. Thanks

Hey Glenn. Having trouble getting the site to play on an ipad (opened in Safari browser and video screen showed up but would not play; also opened in "google" app, but had same kind of problem). Any thoughts? Works o.k. on my laptop, although it took me a while to figure out how to make the video play. (Opened in Explorer, needed to right click and select "play" to play video.)

Content is great!

iPad should be fixed any time now. Our developer is aware of the issue and is working to fix it.

Glenn, is any of the new site streamed through youtube? At our middle school the network unilaterally blocks anything associated with youtube.

Responded Dec 05, 2011 02:22AM

Hello Glenn,

Thanks for the assistance. Firefox works well. Wonderful site. It is a great resource to have so many videos together. This way I can pick the segment that helps to correct my weak point.
