Caption (Black Eyed Peas): Let's get it started!

I've been outdoors for a month now. It's the best!

5:30am!! that's what i call determination!...with a twist of craziness.. seriously, i thought i was hardcore getting up at 6:30 to swim every morning. you guys are champs!

outdoor swimming pool with sea sight, it looks so nice...

Why God ?... why do I live in a cold country ! ;-)

Responded Jul 10, 2009 01:21PM

You're lucky to have outdoor pool ! In cold countries only indoor pools, closed before 9 am, so no sunrises.

Responded Jul 10, 2009 01:32PM

Laurie, I do not call 5:30am craziness, sometimes it is simply necessity.

I like the lane ropes. Nicely thick and not brocken :)

Responded Jul 12, 2009 01:58PM

awesome! with that kind of pool. I will never miss practice.

Responded Jul 13, 2009 01:39PM

Ooh pretty. I also get to swim outside, steps away from beautiful Lake Erie. ;)

Great shots Glenn, but when are you going to get Evan a cap that fits him and teach him how to tuck his hair in :) I might even be motivated to swim that early at this pool. Spectacular view. Is that the Chesapeake Bay?

Responded Jul 14, 2009 04:38PM

That's his "surfer dude" side. I have to remind him when we're talking videos or still shots to pull up his SUIT! :)

Responded Jul 14, 2009 04:39PM

Oh... yes on the Chesapeake Bay. Your son is looking at this today, only just a bit further up the Bay, but very close.

1st picture- From coaches perspective to his swimmers, "these lane lines ain't gonna put themselves in." Swimmers perspective, "who needs lane lines, we can just practice open water"
2nd picture- "He has no idea...
3rd picture- All done! ;)
